While not 100% correct, there are a significant number of minorities in government and high places in commerce and industry, O'Reilly's point is generally valid. Just check some of the statements of Augustin Cebada, et.al. in the comment above.
Where are the Hispanic members of your Hall of Shame? There must be many who support the interests of foreigners and illegals instead of the national interest. They belong in your Hall of Shame.
