Killers and Police in the Shenandoah Hate Murder of Luis Ramirez Indicted by Feds

There may be justice after all in the hate murder of Luis Ramirez of Shenandoah, PA.

The killers Derrick Donchak and Brandon Piekarsky thought they were home free when they were exonerated by an all-white jury in a sham trial a few months ago. And they were encouraged by the many white townsfolk and public officials who vigorously pushed the lie that Ramirez was responsible for his own murder.

Now comes word that the feds have arrested six persons (2 of the killers, Sheriff Matthew Nestor and 2 police officers) on charges including federal hate crime, obstruction of justice, conspiracy, official misconduct and extortion.

"Violence motivated by bigotry and hate has no place in America, and yet it remains all too prevalent in many of our communities. The Civil Rights Division stands ready to bring perpetrators of hate crimes to justice." Thomas E. Perez, Assistant Attorney General for Department of Justice

Pennsylvania Cops Accused Of Hate Crime Cover-Up

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=121576402&ps=cprs

Some excerpts :

The federal government has charged three top police officers in Shenandoah, Pa., with covering up evidence in the fatal beating last year of a Mexican immigrant.

Two white football players are in jail now for the attack, although the most serious charges against them were thrown out by a jury.

Federal prosecutors say that's because police officers in the insular town knew the boys and altered evidence in the case. One police officer investigating the case was dating the mom of one of the accused. Another cop had a son on the same football team as the accused.

Prosecutors say the Shenandoah police intimidated witnesses, coached the kids to lie and helped dispose of evidence.

Police Chief Matthew Nestor was charged with additional counts of extortion.
....................

But one Hispanic resident, Carlos Vega, says after living in Shenandoah for 19 years, he still was treated as an outsider.

"Dirty looks, not making any friends, having a lot of trouble in school, my boys," he says.

Five years ago, one of Vega's teenage sons was arrested. About an hour later, he was found hanging in a cell. Vega is suing the police department, including two of the officers arrested this week, claiming that they beat the teenager and made it look like a suicide. No one believed his claims, Vega says, until this week.

"People stopped me in the middle of the block that I don't even know and say, 'Thank you, thank you. Somebody took action on these cops,' " Vega says.

Vega's lawsuit will go to court next summer. The federal charges against the police will get a hearing in the spring. And a small town has a long way to go before its reputation gets any better.

The Wonderful Fictional Character Jack McCoy ( District Attorney of the "Law and Order" TV Series ) is fighting Racism almost using last Racial Murders

I watched this show, I can not find any information on the Internet about this TV Series Episode.

Marcelo Lucero, an Immigrant was killed in Patchogue, Long Island, New York in November 2008 by Several Coward Scoundrels, the "Caucasian Crew" that enjoyed beating Latinos every week. They cowardly stabbed him after being attacked by many of these thugs.

This is not an isolated case, but there have been many Racial Murders like these. In each case the Coward Criminals allege to be little angels from Heaven.

The show is very realistic calling the Latinos "spics" and "beaners" and showing the sadism, cruelty and bastardy of the killers in full force. The Criminals operate their passtime of killing Latinos in Long Island, New York, as in the Real Events.

But enter the Toughest District Attorney in America, Fictional Character Jack McCoy, he does not care about politics and politicians, and he doesn't respect the prejudices and bigotry of the populace.

In "Law and Order" Jack is very tough against other criminals that kill a Latino and leave another as a vegetal completely unconscious for life, unfortunately the millieu is not like Jack and the Criminals get ridiculous sentences to be commuted. ( as almost always in real life ). You see how things confabulate against Justice.

"Jack" McCoy is a fictional character in the television drama Law & Order, created by Michael Chernuchin and played by Sam Waterston since 1994.

Excerpt :

Jack McCoy brings 24 years of experience with him as he is appointed Executive Assistant District Attorney by Adam Schiff (Steven Hill) in the Season 5 premiere episode "Second Opinion". He quickly establishes himself as a more unconventional, ruthless litigator than his predecessor, Ben Stone (Michael Moriarty); he often bends—and sometimes breaks—trial rules to get convictions, finds impossibly tenuous rationales for charging defendants with crimes when the original charges fail to stick, charges innocent people to frighten them into testifying against others, and makes passionate closing arguments. McCoy is more than once found in contempt of court for such behavior, and his tactics occasionally incur negative publicity for the DA's office. His underlying motivation, however, is not, he maintains, corruption, but a sincere desire to see justice done. To that end, McCoy has gone after defendants accused of perverting the justice system to arrange wrongful convictions with just as much determination as his more mundane cases. Such aggressive actions in the courts have earned him the nickname of "Hang 'em High" McCoy. McCoy has subsequently developed a reputation with both colleagues and rival attorneys, once being referred to as "the top of the legal food chain" by a rival attorney during a case.

My congratulations to the producers and to my hero "Jack McCoy" .... I have been a fan of the show for years. Because I love all things of the Judiciary, Supreme Court, Criminal Law, etc ...

I have studied too many Real Cases of Racial Murder, Young Beautiful Black Ladies are killed by coward criminals at a distance with telescopic rifles.

Luis Ramirez was killed in Shenandoah Pennsylvania by Six Coward Football Players, in July 2008. They are now as free as birds.

There are uncountable murders like that, and very often the criminals receive less punishment than for killing a dog.
